Order processing times
After your order has been placed, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders received after 5pm PST will be processed the next business day. (Business days do not include weekends or holidays)
As soon as your order is processed, we will send an email with a tracking number. You will receive an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
Domestic shipping only
We currently only offer shipping within Canada. International shipping is not available.

Cancellations

Lost/stolen package
We do not take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages.
Delayed orders
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping carrier delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed shipments, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.
We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it for a refund, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery.
